Our highly qualified and capable Marine Commercial Operations teams closely monitor the commercial performance of managed vessels and the commercial risks faced by our Principals during the course of employment of their vessels.

Crew Management
Unicom is the crewing arm of the Sovcomflot fleet and we offer complete crew management services to all types of vessels including arctic and Baltic ice class tankers, LNG and LPG carriers via our crewing offices located in:
- Vladivostok
- Novorossiysk
- St. Petersburg
- Moscow
In order to provide properly qualified seafarers we ensure careful screening and section procedures ahead of employment. In addition, we provide continuous education and training ashore as well as onboard.
