We are pleased to announce that the keel laying of the SCF VANKOR took place on the 26th October at 15.00 hrs local time.

The vessel is being built at the shipyard of Hyundai Heavy Industries at Gong-gu, Ulsan, Korea and supervised by SCF Unicom’s site team office, located at the yard and our in-house project management department.

We are expecting, due to our excellent experience with this shipyard, that the building of the vessel will be time efficient and speedy and sea trials will take place by  mid to end February and expected vessel delivery is around 10th March 2010.
